About me

Ilan Rosenblit, Kibbutz Genigar, born in 1962

 

 

Ilan grew in Israel in Kibbutz Genigar. As an adult he worked in construction and dreamed about opening a business in the culinary area.

 

In 2015 he decided to make his dream come true and began exploring different sorts of foods.

 

While he tried different directions with various ingredients he stumbled into the raw chocolate and was enchanted by its taste and healthy qualities.

 

The raw chocolate that he tried had several characteristics that limited the quality of the product: soft and gritty texture, aftertaste that is left after consuming and tastes that apply to a limited audience.

 

To develop a stable, high quality and tasty raw chocolate he began looking into the subject theoretically and practically, met experts, importers and manufacturers and mostly tried diverse manufacturing methods and materials that ended with the development of a unique creation process that results in the high quality, tasty and healthy raw chocolate that is being served to you.
