Orders
Orders can be placed through any of the contact methods listed on our website: WhatsApp message, phone call, email, or contact form.
We will get back to you within two business days to finalize the details, arrange payment, and coordinate pickup or delivery in accordance with the policy outlined on this page.
Delivery
Free Product Delivery
You may collect your purchased items from our workshop in Kibbutz Ginegar.
Pickup times are flexible and will be coordinated with you by phone.
We operate delivery routes in the Jezreel Valley, the Sharon region, and the Central region. Delivery can be arranged to locations near the existing distribution route.
Delivery will be coordinated by phone, and the expected delivery time is between 7 and 14 days. Delivery times may vary depending on the business’s activity schedule.
We recommend calling to check the possibility of delivery to additional areas.
Special Refrigerated Delivery – Additional Cost
Requests for special delivery to areas not located near the regular distribution routes, or requiring a specific delivery date, will be reviewed. If feasible, the delivery will be carried out for an additional charge based on the distance to the delivery location.
The delivery details, including costs, will be agreed with you by phone or email prior to placing the order.
Payment
Payment can be made via Bit, PayBox, bank transfer, or cash.
Payment details will be arranged with you at the time your order is received.
A receipt will be provided upon delivery of the order.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
